MBG - S03- is a brand new steel strung model from local East Lothian luthier Mark Burnet – Custom built guitars – made in Scotland.
The MGB – S03 is a large body steel string acoustic with a 650mm Scale Length. The top is European Spruce with the body and neck made from old stock (1960s) Mahogany giving this guitar superb projection, tone and balance across the frequencies. The Ebony fretboard is a joy to play and pairs up nicely with the Ebony headplate and bridge. The finishing touches of bindings made from repurposed whisky barrel Oak and the beautiful Oak and Mahogany rosette, all with a matt oil finish, really make this guitar stand out. Fitted with Waverly open back tuners, strung with Elixir strings and comes complete with new Hiscox fitted hard case.
