Not manufactured (or sold) in great numbers, however Hofner did an excellent job with the design and the manufacturing of the lesser spotted Galaxie CT.
Based on the original 60s version with tasteful new bar style inlays, distinctive long black headstock with Hofner logo and the S style body shape. The vintage white finish is a nice touch and the 3 Hofner mini humbucker pickups, with individual pickup switches, make a great vintage sound. The overall quality is excellent and, whilst it doesn’t have the vintage mojo of an original 60s model, it is a pleasure to play – a great reissue model that really should have sold in greater numbers.
The guitar is in great condition with only 1 small mark on the back of the guitar to show for its age – comes complete with padded gig bag.
