1967 Fender Deluxe 8 String Lap Steel guitar. In dark brown finish this CBS era lap steel is in great condition. Pot codes and dates on underside of pickups date the guitar to 1967 – serial number is 2106. The finish does have some small chips and there is a large blemish to the underside of the guitar.
The Deluxe was introduced in 1946, but it took on "Stringmaster features" by 1957. This model has those features - 2 understring pickups, I master volume, 1 master tone and a pickup blend control under the bridge cover, and Kluson Deluxe single line tuners. Comes complete with padded gig bag.
