Initially produced in the early 1980s, the, now “retired”, Martin DC-28E is the single rounded Venetian cutaway version of the legendary Martin D-28 model - an excellent all-around acoustic-electric. Featuring a Spruce top, East Indian Rosewood sides, and East Indian Rosewood back the acoustic beauty and craftsmanship of a Martin D-28 is kept intact while the cutaway provides players with that extra fretboard access. The option for plugged-in playing is provided by Fishman Aura VT Enhance electronics, featuring a discrete bridge-mounted piezo and sound hole-mounted controls.
Despite being almost 20 years old the guitar is in near mint condition and comes complete with its original Martin hard case.
