A beautiful example of a classic Gretsch model, this 2003 6196 Country Club in a beautiful natural finish was produced in the Terrada factory in Japan in the first full year under Fender stewardship. It has a 17' lower bout, 2.75" body depth with a 25.5" scale. Maple laminate body with stunning maple top, Rosewood fretboard and the fabulous Dynasonic single coil pickups.
Overall condition is fantastic with only a bit of tarnishing to the gold on the tail piece stopping us marking this as mint – the flame on the body really looks stunning under the natural finish - The guitar comes complete with its original Gretsch hard case – one catch is broken – the catch is retained in the case.
